This goal of this addition to a one story Amberly Village ranch house was to create a recharging retreat for a busy traveling business woman who emphasized the relationship between the inside of the building and the forest and birds beyond. The deck outside the master bedroom steps down so that the handrail does not obscure the view into the woods and ravine from inside. View before and after photos of this project.
